On Saturdays our classes share this space with infant, junior and senior school pupils working together, working in groups to learn street dance, acrobatics and ballet and tap across the day. Most schools separate age groups but on Saturdays at Freesoles Dance we share space and separate work into age appropriate groups. This helps us not only dance but share, work as a team, develop a sense of community, recognise the needs of others, learn to set a good example and role model and helps children learn by recognising not only what THEY need to learn but what comes before and after it, teaching context and supporting ambition and setting goals.
