On Tuesdays we teach from D'Angelo Dance Academy, Holderness Road, Hull, HU9 1ED.

How do I sign up for Freesoles Dance?

First, drop us a message using the contact form on our homepage. Please give us as much info as possible on your initial enquiry. We'll send you all the relevant information, then direct you to our enrolment form and payment details.

Where do I buy uniform?

You can find out what to wear and where to buy it on the uniform page of our website.

What happens on my first class?

Once you've enrolled and received all your joining information, we'll be waiting to welcome you for your first class. Please wait outside the building, and your teacher will pop out at the class to let everyone in. Don't forget to bring a brolly or a warm coat!
We'll settle you in for your first session, introduce you to your teacher and the other pupils in your class. Then we'll start the dancing! All classes begin with a fun warm up to get you ready. In the main body of the class you'll learn new steps and some choreography, then we'll cool down at the end. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to raise your hand. We always encourage curious learning and we're happy to explain/demonstrate as many times as it takes for you to feel confident.

What should I wear to my first class?

New starters should arrive in something comfortable they can dance in, such as leggings/joggers and a t-shirt. Most classes can be done in bare feet or trainers to start with. Once settled, pupils should wear the Freesoles uniform. This is for both classes and exams.
Don't forget to bring a bottle of water!

How much do dance classes cost?

Baby Boogie £12pcm
Aerial Hoop £28pcm
All other classes £16pcm
Payments are made on the 1st of each month. You can find more info on payments in our T&Cs.

Where do I find Freesoles information/announcements?

All Freesoles grown-ups (parents/carers/adult pupils) are required to join us on Classlist.
In 2018 we did away with paper newsletters and info slips. These often got lost in the bottom of a dance bag or forgotten about on the kitchen noticeboard. Now, you can find all of our information on Classlist. Simply download the free app (or access via your browser), create an account, and join Freesoles Dance on there.
