About Us

We believe that all pupils should be given the opportunity to achieve their best and develop their talent as individuals in a supportive and friendly environment.

Each teacher at Freesoles has their own specialism and passion for dance. Between us we have a huge variety of professional dance training and performance experience which means we can pass this on to you!

High quality teaching is vital to the safe and smooth running of the school, so we ensure that all of our teachers are qualified, DBS checked with full safeguarding training, and take on continued professional development wherever available.

Meet the Teachers

Our Talented Team

At Freesoles Dance, we are proud of our versatility. Each of our teachers has a different background in dance, whether that is ballet or ballroom, pedagogy or performance. All of our teachers hold a Bachelor's Degree in Dance, and are qualified to teach dance through the IDTA. We are all DBS checked and undergo regular safeguarding training.

Self-confessed 'technique geek'

Vicky's specialism lies firmly in ballet and theatre dance. Dancing for over 35 years and with a list of dance teaching qualifications as long as her arm, Freesoles is in good hands with Vicky at the wheel.

Business Manager
Dance & Aerial Teacher

Fern is our aerial specialist. She's a pro with safe spotting techniques and handing children who are upside down! When she's not at Freesoles, you can find Fern performing in supper clubs around the country and judging local and national competitions.

Street Dance,
Ballroom & Latin Specialist

Danielle is our resident Ballroom & Latin teacher, with swathes of experience in Street and Freestyle, too. Danielle is also a stilt walking, fire breathing showgirl by night, a staple on the local and national nightclub entertainment scene.
